AMMUNITION AT COST PRICE

Hunt the Big 5 including Hippo, Crocodile and plains game in  South Africa and Zimbabwe with Jaquandi Safaris. If you have a limited budget, let us know what you are interested in, we will make certain proposals which could lower the cost of your African Hunt.

Additionally we can offer non trophy hunting packages, if you are interested in the experience rather than the trophies.

Rates Include

• Transport to and from the nearest airport (depending on hunting area)
• Experienced, licensed Professional  hunters
• Services of experienced trackers, skinners and all camp staff
• Accommodation within hunting area during your safari
• Use of fully equipped 4×4 vehicle per PH
• All meals, soft beverages and local brands of beer and wine
• Daily cleaning and laundry service
• Hunting licenses in certain areas
• Field preparation of trophies
• Drop off of trophies at local taxidermy
• Arrival & departure days

Rates Exclude

• Charter and other flights during safari
• Trophy fees of animals bagged, wounded or lost
• Extra vehicle hire, if needed for larger groups
• Ammunition at cost
• Professional Hunter/Staff gratuities-the norm is 10% of your package price
• Phone, fax or items of a personal nature
• Packing, dipping, documentation and forwarding of trophies to clients final destination or any taxidermy work
• CITES license fees where applicable Sightseeing, touring or shopping outside of the hunting area or contracted safari period
• Firearm Permits (PHASA assist in importing firearms into SA at an additional cost)

Terms

• All rates are quoted in US Dollars
• Although unlikely, all prices are subject to change
• A deposit of $1000 is required in order to confirm your safari booking
• Cancellation: This deposit is non-refundable unless re-booked
• The balance of the daily rate plus all other payments will be settled at the end of the hunt
• All payments can be made in cash or electronic transfers
• Credit cards can be used at our local bank in town to draw cash. Check with your bank if your card can be used
  in South Africa
• All quotations issued are valid for 3 months from date of issue due to fluctuation in exchange rates
• Packages are payable in full 30 days prior to the hunt. As they are sold at a discounted rate, in the unlikely event of the package trophies not being taken, no portion of the package is refundable
• The meat of the animals hunted is the property of Jaquandi Safaris

Insurance

• We recommend that you have travel, medical and personal insurance for your peace of mind
•  Jaquandi Safaris takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients and their possessions, but no responsibility whatsoever, be it directly or implied, will be accepted for losses, injury or damages
• All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity form prior to commencement of the safari
